Extended/Expanded Tax credit...Fun Fact!

The revision to the $8000 tax credit for first time home buyers has increased the income limit for individuals(Now $125,000: increased from $75,000) and couples(Now $225,000: increased from $$150,000.) So if you know of someone who was previously looking to take advantage of the tax credit the last go around and couldn't because the were above the income limit, please pass this info along to them...you may get a better Christmas present from them!
