So, I'm hosting an open house for 735 Caledonia St., Philadelphia PA 19128 this Sun the 18th. It's a huge 6,500+ Square foot contemporary home, 2 entrances let and 2 full houses stacked on top of each other. You could actually live in one and rent the other out. It would also be great for a large family, interior circular staircase connects both levels. Other possiblities include converting this into a home with an in-law suite. Exterior has decks and patios off each level, and a fenced in garden area (or could be used for animals). This is a lot of house for the area.
This is a very unique house for someone looking for a very contemporary house.
