The holiday season tends to be a time of year when most people rule out the idea of putting their home on the market. Home owners think that buyers are too busy with shopping and holiday parties to house hunt but, this is not always the case.

Think of it this way--Your home is decorated in all it's holiday decor...when would be a better time to show it off? Also, because most home sellers are under the opinion that this is not the ideal time of year to sell, competition is at a low.
